Hi everyone, as promised, all orders will be shipped by the 14th day of the last post unless you have just contacted me. Please expect 7-10 days from the date of your email to me for your items to ship. Possibly sooner but I am trying to be careful with the time frame.

Ok guys, I know that this is upsetting to EVERYONE but I AM getting these issues resolved and even the people who were already refunded can also receive makeup. Please keep in mind that before I got so busy, I had a business without the problems. I am doing everything to make this right..and, yes, you will receive your makeup, please allow me the two weeks to make this right and then, if you haven't received your makeup the, by all means....do what you have to do.

Hello everyone,

I am still receiving emails from everyone with their order information, please also include the date of the order in your email. I will be working from the back forward. I will have all orders shipped out with the safest shipping method. I expect this to take no more than two weeks to finish, probably less. I will no for sure once I have everyone's orders. I will continue to update this blog as I make progress and let you all know if there is a change in time frame (earlier shipping) thank you to everyone who is allowing me to make this right. I completely understand all of your frustrations.

Refunds, replacements and shipping

Hello all, I am still working this post, I will have this up as soon as possible. I will have a special email set up for you to email your transaction details and set up shipments. I will have several people helping me and will have a realistic time frame of getting your products to you if you haven't already filed for a refund. More details will be posted soon. I am sorry.

Duochrome kits are here!

So....I promised the duochrome kits months ago but got so busy and I didn't have a chance until now! There are a few kits to choose from and many many different colors. All can be purchased individually as well- just let me know if you can't find a color on my site and I will re list one for you.

For those of you not familiar with "duochromes", they are color shifting powders! My favorites are the white powders that shift different colors, you can use these alone as a highlighter or on top of another color to create a totally unique color. Use with lipstick or lipgloss- looks AMAZING on red lipstick (sequin, twilight, platinum are my favorites) you can also use these with clear nailpolish or colored nailpolish.

I absolutely love these magical powders lol.

This time it will be on select items...I made wayyy too much of my best selling colors and also some colors that I haven't promoted in a year or so that a lot of you don't know about. ALL of them are awesome colors, none of these are pigments that I couldn't sell or crappy colors that nobody wanted. Sale starts tonight (7/6/09) at midnight.
